• Document images and PDFs that you upload for analysis. These are processed by our AI system and are not stored permanently on our servers after analysis is complete.
• Anonymous account identifier created automatically when you first use the app. We do not require personal registration.
• Scan history metadata (document file names, scan dates, and analysis summaries) to provide you with scan history functionality.
• Subscription and purchase information managed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat for payment processing.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

• To analyze documents you upload and provide you with explanations and action steps.
• To maintain your scan history so you can review past analyses.
• To manage your subscription and provide access to premium features.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Uploaded document images are processed in real-time and are not retained on our servers after analysis. Scan history metadata is stored in your account and can be deleted at any time by contacting us.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — secure cloud database for storing scan history metadata and anonymous user accounts.
• RevenueCat — subscription management and payment processing through Apple's App Store.
• AI processing services — to analyze document content and generate explanations.

Children's Privacy

ScanSay is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Request access to or deletion of your scan history and account data.
• Opt out of any future data collection by uninstalling the app.
• Cancel your subscription at any time through Apple's App Store settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy in the app. Your continued use of ScanSay after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
