How does ScanSay work?
Take a photo of any official document or upload a PDF. Our AI analyzes the document and provides a clear explanation of what it is, how urgent it is, and what steps you should take.
What types of documents can I scan?
ScanSay works with IRS letters, medical bills, insurance documents, collection notices, court documents, rent notices, DOT inspections, school forms, contracts, and many more.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Uploaded documents are processed in real-time and are not stored permanently on our servers. Your scan history metadata is stored securely and can be deleted at any time.
Is the analysis legal advice?
No. ScanSay provides informational AI analysis to help you understand documents. For legal, financial, or medical decisions, always consult a qualified professional.
Subscription Management
ScanSay Pro subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store:
- To cancel: Go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > ScanSay > Cancel Subscription.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly through the App Store.
We typically respond within 24 hours.
